Accessibility
Parking
ADA parking is available in all parking lots around Walton Arts Center, including the Spring Street and West Avenue parking garages. Starting two hours before shows, several parallel parking spaces on southbound West Avenue are converted to ADA reserved parking spaces. You will need to pay for parking through the Park Mobile app, or at the closest kiosk.
Ramps
There are two ramps located on the exterior of the building, one at the Dickson Street entry, and one at the West Avenue doors to allow for easier access to the venue.

Lift
If you need to access wheelchair seating or rows A-J without using stairs in Baum Walker Hall, please talk with a staff member on-site. There is a lift on house right at the end of the hallway just past the restrooms. Staff will assist you in using the lift.
Elevator to Balcony
Available in the Walker Atrium lobby, across from the Main Left entry door.
Family/All-Gender Restroom
Located in Walmart Lobby, at the West Ave entry point.
Changing Stations
All restrooms are equipped with changing stations.
ASL Services
American Sign Language interpretation services are available for most performances with two weeks' notice. Please contact the Box Office as early as possible to ensure that we can meet your party's needs.

Assisted Listening Options
- RF Listening Devices: Available from will call, at the West Ave entry point. An ID or credit card may be required to be held during your use of the Listening Device.
RF Listening device Instructions - ListenWiFi (formerly known as ListenEverywhere): Use your phone for assisted listening with the ListenWiFi app. Download for Google or Apple.
ListenWifi Instructions - AuraCast: Streams audio directly to compatible hearing aids or Bluetooth earbuds. This service is provided through the generosity of Professional Hearing Services ENT & Allergy Center in Fayetteville.

Wheelchairs
Complimentary wheelchairs available in Walker Atrium, next to the stairs on the east side of the building. Ask a staff member for assistance.
Sensory Space
Available in McBride Studio on select family performances.
Sensory Bags
Sensory Bags are available at the will call desk, at the West Ave entry point; an ID or credit card may be required to be held during your use of the Sensory Bag.
Booster Seats
Available on a first come, first served basis, with limited availability. Request a seat from an usher upon entry into the theater.
Earplugs
Available at Coat Check (located next to the Main left theater entrance).
