For the past half-decade, these five talented “gents” have provided stage and studio support for legendary artists like Kris Kristofferson, George Strait and Joe Ely, and young whippersnappers like Leon Bridges and Shakey Graves. Now, they’re hitting the road in support of their second full-length album, with a sound that slides seamlessly between brass-fueled Dixieland-style jazz, chicken-scratch country funk and lushly orchestrated pop-soul balladry.
