Ticket Policies

Event Policies

  • No outside food or drinks with the exception of desserts for birthdays and special occasions.
  • No smoking.
  • No firearms or weapons.
  • As of August 2022, there are no COVID safety requirements for patrons attending Walton Arts Center. We encourage patrons to wear masks if they choose. We reserve the right to change policies if necessary for the health and safety of our artists, staff, volunteers and patrons.

Reservation Policies

  • Inclement Weather Policy – If it is raining or snowing during your reservation time, you may request a refund, reschedule as available or donate your reservation. Extreme freezing weather without rain or snow will not be eligible for a refund. This is a winter event, so please dress appropriately!
  • No-Show Policy – Each reservation will be held for 15 minutes after the start time before being released on a first come first served basis to waitlist parties.
  • Refund Policy – We will offer refunds for inclement weather and other special circumstances. We will not offer refunds for no shows or missed reservations.
  • Cancellations Policy – No refunds are allowed for cancellations.

Rebooking/Rescheduling/Exchange Policy – You are welcome to reschedule or exchange as available up to the time of your reservation. If you miss your reservation, you will be required to purchase a new reservation.
