A Conversation with Hasan Minhaj Rescheduled

NORTHWEST ARKANSAS, February 20, 2020 – Due to the recent addition of Hasan Minhaj to the White House Correspondents’ Dinner on Saturday, April 25, Walton Arts Center has rescheduled A Conversation with Hasan Minhaj to 7 pm on Saturday, May 30.

All tickets to the April event will be honored at the May performance date. Current ticket holders who cannot attend on May 30 can contact the Walton Arts Center Box Office at 479.443.5600 for a refund.

The conversation with Minhaj will be moderated by Heena Patel, founder and CEO of Mela Arts Connect. Patel is also the producer and artistic director of Bollywood Boulevard – a featured show in Walton Arts Center’s Mosaix Festival. The evening will focus on Minhaj’s career and experience as a first-generation American.

Minhaj is the host and creator of the Peabody and Emmy® award-winning Netflix weekly comedy show “Patriot Act with Hasan Minhaj” that explores the modern cultural and political landscape with depth and sincerity through his unique comedic voice. His Nexflix comedy special “Hasan Minhaj: Homecoming King,” earned him a 2018 Peabody Award. Minhaj got his start on “The Daily Show with Jon Stewart.”
