Walton Arts Center Presents SEEK Event for Students, Young Professionals

NORTHWEST ARKANSAS, November 20, 2017 – College students and young professionals from around the region are invited to the fourth SEEK Fayetteville event Thursday, Dec. 7, 2017 from 6-11 pm. Presented by Walton Arts Center and co-hosted by Fayettechill Clothing Company, Puritan Coffee & Beer and the NWA Emerging Leaders, the event features a full evening of entertainment.

Tickets are $25 and include access to a pre-party at Fayettechill and Puritan, the Thursday performance of Martial Artists and Acrobats of China as well as an after-show party at Walton Arts Center. Students and young professionals can purchase tickets online at Tickets can also be purchased in cash at the pre-party on the day of the event. 

SEEK (Savor, Enrich, Explore and Know) events provide an opportunity students and young professionals to experience the unique art and culture opportunities that Fayetteville has to offer.

The pre-party will be from 6-7 pm at Fayettechill and Puritan, located at 205 West Dickson Street. There will be an open tab with beer and coffee for everyone with a SEEK ticket to the Thursday, Dec. 7 performance of Martial Artists and Acrobats of China. A food truck will also be onsite for tasty treats.

After the pre-show party, attendees will walk to Walton Arts Center for the 7:30 pm performance of Martial Artists and Acrobats of China.

One of the best circus troupes in China, the award-winning Martial Artists and Acrobats of Tianjin are world-renowned for their cutting-edge tricks. Accompanied by traditional Chinese music, these dedicated performers take the stage in a spectacle of acrobatic stunts, feats of balance, juggling acts, contortion tricks and martial arts.

Immediately following the show, there will be an after-party at Walton Arts Center. The party includes an open tab featuring local craft beer, DJ, dancing, games, photo booth and door prizes.
