Job Summary:

Position is directly responsible for engaging constituents in ways that lead to stronger relationships with the arts center and to increased contributed income. Create and develop Walton Arts Center’s engagement and cultivation efforts with individuals and other potential constituencies. Design and execute opportunities to involve targeted constituencies in the work of the arts center.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in non-profit business, management or other related field. Master’s degree or coursework in Development a plus. 5 years of fundraising experience required. Proven record of excellent relationship-building skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel. Prefer experience with relationship management software.

Walton Arts Center is a presenting facility located in the heart of Northwest Arkansas with venues that include a 1201-seat auditorium with proscenium stage, a 200-seat variable stage black box theater, a 7000 outdoor amphitheater featuring popular contemporary concert artists and a 200-seat multi-purpose space.
