New Partnerships Announced for AMP Fest

NORTHWEST ARKANSAS, September 13, 2019 – Tickets are still available for beer, music and tech enthusiasts who don’t want to miss AMP Fest on Thursday, Oct. 3 from 6 to 10 pm backstage at the Walmart AMP.

New tech activations have just been announced for the event, including Samsung Virtual Reality, VMLY&R Interactive Tech, PlayStation 4 demo and Monster’s Mobile Gaming Unit.

Patrons can also enjoy sampling of craft beers from the breweries including Bike Rack Brewing, Black Apple Crossing, Boston Mountain Brewing, Core, Flyway, Founders, Great Raft Brewing, Lagunitas, Lazy Magnolia, Lost Forty, New Holland, Ozark Beer, Revolver, Sam Adams, Shiner and Yuengling.

VIP ticket holders will also be able to enjoy a BITE NWA experience curated by Octagon in the VIP lounge on the Walmart AMP stage. The experience will include small bites from local restaurants as well as special samplings from select breweries.

Also new this year, AMP Fest is moving backstage at the Walmart AMP for a one-of-a-kind experience with music from local artists Goose and Jukeboxx.

General admission tickets are available for $40 and include a 4-ounce beer sampling glass and access to all on-site activations. VIP tickets are $95 and include an 8-ounce sampling glass, access to the on-stage VIP lounge with complimentary food, a full cash bar and exclusive samplings from select breweries. All patrons must be 21 or older in order to attend this event.

AMP Fest is one of the annual fundraising events organized by Walton Arts Center’s Corporate Leadership Council, comprised of local and corporate business leaders who actively support the nonprofit organization’s education and outreach programs. Approximately 35,000 students and teachers participate annually in arts learning programs at Walton Arts Center, usually at a reduced ticket price.

The Walmart AMP (Arkansas Music Pavilion), a Walton Arts Center venue since February 2011, is Arkansas’ premier outdoor concert venue. The AMP has presented headlining concerts for the past 12 years, including rock, country and pop. In its permanent home in Pinnacle Hills at 5079 W. Northgate Rd., Rogers, Ark., the Walmart AMP has the largest outdoor stage house in Arkansas.
