The tapestry of Southern music in America is rich, vivid and diverse, and Adam Hood embodies this substantial musical lineage each time he straps on his Telecaster or picks up his pen. An Alabama native, Hood has spent thousands of miles on the road honing a sound he calls “Southern songs,” a fusion of country grit and Southern soul. While his catalog earned him a Grand Ole Opry debut and a No. 1 song, his songwriting has truly set him apart with hits recorded by Miranda Lambert, Little Big Town, Whiskey Myers, Cody Jinks, Travis Tritt and Riley Green.
