Grammy-winning vibraphonist, composer and arranger, Simon Moullier has emerged as one of the most innovative voices in contemporary jazz, bringing a distinctive sound and fresh perspective to his instrument. "His music is fresh. Never heard anyone play vibes like that before,” says Herbie Hancock, who mentored Moullier at the Thelonious Monk Institute alongside other jazz legends like Quincy Jones, Wayne Shorter and Darren Barrett. Moullier is joined by acclaimed bassist Alex Claffy and drummer Steven Pruitt for an evening of inventive, dynamic jazz.
