Author and comedian, Fran Lebowitz makes her long-awaited appearance in Northwest Arkansas for an evening of engaging conversation and satirical musings.
Fran Lebowitz’s trademark is the sneer. She disapproves of virtually everything except sleep, cigarettes and good furniture. Her essays and interviews offer her acerbic views on current events and the media – as well as her pet peeves (e.g. tourists, adults who roller skate, children who speak French and anyone who is unduly tan). In a cultural landscape filled with endless pundits and talking heads, Lebowitz stands out as a cultural satirist whose works are regarded as classics of literary humor and social observation.
