Booking begins August 2017

  • Be your school’s primary contact for communication from Walton Arts Center.
  • Fill out the SmART Teacher Information Form PDF
  • Direct all teachers to Colgate Classroom Series for information about the season.
  • Collect order forms from each teacher and submit them to Walton Arts Center by fax, mail or e-mail.

Registration Information

Once registration/order forms are collected submit them by one of the ways stated above.

All registrations will be processed in the order in which they are received.

Due to high volume early in our season, confirmations will take an average of 2 weeks to be sent.

2 weeks prior to the performance you will receive a Performance Reminder Card (blue card). Double check all the information on this card. If it does not match your records, contact the School Concierge. (Example of Performance Reminder Card)


Request Forms                                                                                                        

Lunch Request Form PDF

Submit this form to request a space for your group to eat lunch at Walton Arts Center. Please keep in mind that we cannot guarantee that a space is available.

Interpreter Request Form PDF

Submit this form it to request an interpreter for someone in your group. Please keep in mind that the interpreters are usually from the Little Rock area so we need at least 2 weeks’ notice.

School Change Request Form PDF

Adjustments to reservations must be made at least 4 weeks prior to the performance.


Performance Information

Performances last for approximately 1 hour, unless otherwise noted.

Parent Tickets: School groups receive one complimentary adult ticket per every ten student tickets to accommodate teachers, parents and other adult chaperones. We regret that additional parent tickets are unavailable.


Please make every effort to be on time. All performances will begin at their scheduled times to ensure classes return to school as planned.


Payments and Invoices

You will receive an invoice from the Walton Arts Center within 4 weeks after the order(s) has been submitted. Pass along invoices to your school’s bookkeeper.

Payment is due 4 weeks prior to the performance.  If payment cannot be made by then, fill out the Payment Agreement PDF form.

Courtesy payment reminders will be sent out 2 weeks and 1 week prior to payment due date.

Please note that payment is due for all seats reserved. This is so we can accommodate as many students as possible at each performance. Because of the growing number of schools participating in our educational programs we are at capacity for many of the performances this year.
