New Subscriber Seating
When you subscribe, you will be automatically seated in the best available balcony seating in your preferred night and price level. Choose the day of the week that works best for you! If you would like to request different seats, you may contact the box office starting on May 11 and we will do our best to accommodate you.
PLEASE NOTE:
- In order to give you first right of refusal to your subscription seats, your subscription will automatically include the Broadway Bonus show Dirty Dancing: The Musical. You may “opt-out” of your tickets, if you choose. When you add the other three bonus shows to your package, seating will be first come, first served.
- Due to high demand and the intimate size of our theater, seating in specific price levels and performances maybe limited or unavailable. Floor seating is extremely limited in most performances.
- Renewing subscribers get first-access to seat upgrades. By subscribing this season, you have a better chance of improving your seat location next season.
- Change requests will be addressed on a first-come, first-served basis starting on May 11. Contact the subscriber hotline at 479.571.2785.
- Subscription tickets are non-refundable.
The Notebook and Dirty Dancing Schedule
If you are a Tuesday evening subscriber you will be automatically placed in your regular subscription seats on Sunday evening for The Notebook and Dirty Dancing: The Musical as a Tuesday performance is not available. Want to exchange into a different performance? See “Broadway Single Show Exchange Requests” section below.
Broadway Single Ticket Add-ons – May 22
Additional single tickets for the six P&G Broadway Series shows and Dirty Dancing: The Musical will be available for subscribers to purchase starting on May 22. You may purchase your desired number of tickets to Jersey Boys, Kinky Boots and Beetlejuice immediately when you renew your subscription.
PLEASE NOTE: Single tickets seated adjacent or in proximity to your subscription seats cannot be guaranteed.
Broadway Single Show Exchange Requests – May 22
As a benefit of subscribing, you can exchange into a different performance of the same production with no exchange fees! Single show exchange requests will begin on May 22.
Tuesday subscribers have been automatically moved into the Sunday evening performances of The Notebook and Dirty Dancing: The Musical since there is no Tuesday performance. You may call 479.571.2785 to exchange into a different performance starting on May 22.
