Postponed concert(s):
- Kenny Chesney has been postponed - Ticketholders will be notified of the new date as soon as it is announced and all tickets for the original date will be honored. If you prefer a refund, you will have 30 days to request one once the new date is announced. If a new date isn’t announced by July 13, 2020, the 30-day window for refund will open at that time. Once requested, we will process your refund in 10 business days.
Canceled concert(s):
For concerts that have canceled, all tickets will be refunded. Ticketholders will receive a receipt from info@amptickets.com. At that point it could take up to 7-10 days for the refund to appear on your account.
