Because of the strong military connection in the story and since the show will be playing during Veterans Day, Walton Arts Center wanted to do something special for our military service members and veterans.

Walton Arts Center also is partnering with Operation Gratitude, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that sends care packages to our military and first responder communities to say “Thank You” and provides every American the opportunity to express their appreciation to our nation’s heroes. Through this partnership, patrons can say thank you to our military men and women by writing letters that Walton Arts Center will collect during the 8-show run of White Christmas and send to Operation Gratitude for distribution in their care packages.

Operation Gratitude sends more than 250,000 care packages each year to deployed troops, veterans, new recruits and first responders and of all the items included in these packages, some of the most cherished are the personal letters of appreciation. It only takes a couple of minutes during intermission, before or after the show to show that you care. Visit to learn more about the special offer and the opportunity to thank our military service members.
