All tickets are non-refundable
All tickets are non-refundable and credit will not be issued. Exchanges for some productions may be available for a different performance of the same production no later than 24 hours before the performance. Exchange fees may apply. Call 479.443.5600 for more information.
If you are unable to attend your event, you are also able to donate the value of your tickets to Walton Arts Center. You may make a donation up until 2 hours prior to show time.
Ticket delivery information
As a standard policy, you can expect to receive your tickets immediately after purchase in your digital wallet. The standard delivery method is digital. You can access your tickets by logging into your account at wallet.waltonartscenter.org. Patrons may also choose to have their tickets held at Will Call to be picked up on the day of the show only. Delivery times and dates may change according to artists preference. You will receive a receipt confirming your purchase immediately after completing your transaction. If you do not receive a receipt within one hour of making a purchase, please contact our Box Office at info@waltonartscenter.org or 479.443.5600 to confirm your order.
Inclement weather policy
It is rare for a performance at Walton Arts Center to be canceled due to inclement weather, but in the case that a show is canceled, we will post information on our website, social media and phone system and will make every effort to contact all affected ticket holders.
If the performance is still scheduled but inclement weather makes it impossible for you to attend, please contact the Box Office at (479) 443-5600. Our ticket representatives will help you consider all the options. Due to contracts with performers and production companies, options for day-of show exchanges vary and we may not be able to exchange tickets. All ticket donations or exchanges need to be completed at least two hours before the performance, and all tickets are non-refundable.
Authorized ticket seller
Walton Arts Center Tickets is the only authorized ticket seller for events at Walton Arts Center, Nadine Baum Studios and the Walmart AMP. Please be aware that event tickets purchased from a source other than Walton Arts Center Tickets may be counterfeit and in such cases may not be honored for admission. Walton Arts Center is not responsible for third party resell tickets. Please exercise caution in making ticket purchases. In order to avoid problems with counterfeit or invalid tickets, we encourage patrons to ONLY purchase tickets through Walton Arts Center Tickets. Tickets can be purchased online at http://waltonartscenter.org/ or in-person at Walton Arts Center’s Box Office. For most events presented by the Walton Arts Center or for which the Walton Arts Center sells tickets, the Walton Arts Center Box Office is the only authorized source for tickets. Ticket resellers may sell one ticket many times. Sometimes people who buy tickets through ticket resellers arrive at the performance and find that their tickets cannot be used. We do everything we can to prevent ticket fraud, and strongly discourage our patrons from purchasing tickets through ticket resellers or third parties. If you have any questions, we encourage you to call the Box Office at (479) 443-5600 before you buy.
TICKET RESELLERS: Please note that we will quarantine any orders placed by suspected resellers, and may require additional information before releasing any quarantined orders. Walton Arts Center reserves the right to cancel orders placed by suspected ticket resellers without compensation.
Lost tickets
Don't worry! If you lose your tickets, visit the box office in person with a valid photo ID and they can reprint your tickets once for no fee. Any additional reprints MUST then be picked up day of show with valid photo ID. Reprint fee of $10 per order will apply to the second reprint of any order.
Will Call tickets
Patrons can pick up Will Call tickets in the Walmart Lobby near the West Ave. entrance.
PLEASE NOTE: an ID is required for all Will Call pick-ups. If someone other than the purchaser is planning on picking up Will Call tickets, please call 479.443.5600 in advance of the performance.
Group discounts
The more the merrier! Walton Arts Center offers group discounts for groups as small as 10. Whether you're a tour guide or travel agent organizing a tour of Northwest Arkansas attractions or a group of friends planning a night on the town, we can provide special ticket prices for you. Infant friendly events
Many events at Walton Arts Center are specifically designed for families and we encourage you to enjoy these events with your children. All children must have a ticket to enter the theater for any show and must be ticketed next to their parent or guardian (even if they will sit on a lap.)
For events not specifically geared for young audiences, parents are asked to use discretion when bringing children. If children are disruptive to other patrons during a performance, parents may be asked to leave the theater with their child and may not be offered a refund. Monitors are available in the lobby so you can watch the show with your children until they are ready to go back into the quiet atmosphere of the theater.
Parental guidance
Some shows may contain mature content, language or themes. As a parent, you are the only person qualified to determine what is appropriate for your child. To help you make an informed decision, we encourage you to seek additional information. If you still have questions, email us or call the box office at 479-443-5600 and we'll try to help.

Latecomers
We attempt to begin all performances on time as indicated on your ticket. Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the house manager, based on the specifications of the performance company.

Venue Policies
Weapons and/or firearms policy
The carrying of weapons and/or firearms is prohibited at Walton Arts Center, Nadine Baum Studios and the Walmart AMP, under Arkansas Code 5-73-306 even if you have a permit. All patrons will be screened prior to entrance.
Theater accessibility & special seating
Accessible seating for patrons in wheelchairs and with other needs is available for all performances. American Sign Language interpretation services are available for most performances with two weeks' notice. Please contact the Box Office as early as possible to ensure that we can meet your party's needs.
Hearing enhancement devices, binoculars and booster seats are available free of charge on a first-come, first-served basis.
Cell phones
All cell phones should be either turned off or set to silent mode. Patrons whose cell phones disrupt a performance will be asked to leave the theater. Please also refrain from texting and using your phone during the show -- the light emitting from the screen can be very distracting!
Photography and recording
Absolutely no photography or recording devices of any kind are permitted in the theater, including camera cell phones. Use of these devices could subject user to being asked to leave the theater, as it negates contract agreements between Walton Arts Center and our visiting artists.
Food or drink
We do not permit outside food or drinks into our building. Please take advantage of our concessions offerings!
Bag Check
For the comfort and safety of all patrons, staff may request that all large bags and large umbrellas be placed in Coat Check for the duration of the performance. Items placed in Coat Check will be inspected prior to being accepted.
