Halloween Happy Hour
with live music from Funk Factory, a special spooky drink menu and a costume contest**

ENTRY: FREE but capacity is limited; a limited number of reserved tables will be available Oct. 26-28 for a $25 donation*; after the reservation period tables will be available on a first come, first served basis

ABOUT THE EVENT:
Get your most creative 2020 costume ready because it’s Halloween at the Walmart AMP! Join us for a special spooky drink menu and a costume contest. The top costume of the night wins the AMAZING grand prize of a pair of lawn tickets for every show at the AMP in 2021! Newly-added, fall-flavored drinks are now available, including the deliciously tangy Cranberry Margarita and our knock-your-socks-off Long Island Apple Iced Tea. PLUS! We’ll have super spooky Black and Orange Vodka Jello Syringe Shots. Rocking us through this night of frights is the high-energy party band, Funk Factory! Under the direction of Anthony Ball and comprised of some of the most talented and sought-after musicians & singers in the region, Funk Factory covers everything from to Motown soul to rock & roll to modern pop and beyond.
Costumes are encouraged for all attendees! Remember face masks and social distancing will be required at this event. Here are some CDC guidelines about Halloween costumes and masks:
- A costume mask (such as for Halloween) is not a substitute for a cloth mask. A costume mask should not be used unless it is made of two or more layers of breathable fabric that covers the mouth and nose and doesn’t leave gaps around the face.
- Do not wear a costume mask over a protective cloth mask because it can be dangerous if the costume mask makes it hard to breathe. Instead, consider using a Halloween-themed cloth mask.
*Proceeds are considered a donation and will benefit the Ghost Light Recovery Fund. Reservations are guaranteed until 6:30pm.
**The Costume Contest is open to anyone 21 or older attending the October 30, Walmart AMP Happy Hour. Employees of Walmart AMP/Walton Arts Center, and their immediate families, are not eligible. Costume Contest Participants will be required to register before 8:00PM and must be present to win. The winners will be announced sometime before 10pm. Participants will sign up at the Registration Desk upon entry to the Happy Hour and be assigned a contestant number. Participants will register as individuals only, not as groups. Upon registering, contestant will have their photo taken to be shared with the panel for judging. The Judges will consist of Walmart AMP/Walton Arts Center Staff Members. By entering the Contest, you hereby acknowledge and agree that Walmart AMP/Walton Arts Center shall have the right to use and publish your name, photograph and prize information to be used on any of our media platforms, without notice or compensation to you.
