The Walmart AMP is excited to present the 4th of July Spectacular featuring the Symphony of Northwest Arkansas (SoNA) under the direction of Paul Haas on Monday, July 4. Celebrate the holiday with a patriotic concert, fireworks and festive activities the whole family can enjoy, including face painting, sliced watermelon offered by Regions Bank, balloon twisters, giant Jenga and Connect Four, miniature putt-putt golf and much more. Family festivities will be open to the public from 4-7:30 pm. Walmart AMP gates open at 6 pm and music starts at 7:30 pm, concluding with a 15-minute fireworks display at 9:15 pm. Ticket prices range from $3-35. 

Tickets can be purchased in person at the Walton Arts Center Box Office in Nadine Baum Studios, by calling 479.443.5600 or visiting The Walmart AMP Box Office located in Rogers is currently closed and will reopen for regular business hours on scheduled concert dates. Official full-time opening of the Walmart AMP Box Office will begin on May 31, 2016.

This wonderful event will enrich our local community with an opportunity to experience a patriotic pops performance at NWA’s premier outdoor amphitheater. SoNA will present a concert celebrating the beauty and grandeur of America as well as honoring our nation’s veterans and those who bravely serve in our nation’s armed forces. It will conclude with a rousing rendition of Tchaikovsky’s “1812 Overture.” Fireworks will be on display at the close of the show.
